So I have decided now would be a good time to start blogging again since I have something special to blog about!!!
On October 15, 2011 Randall and I found out we would be expecting! It was a whirlwind of emotions you see because this would make my 4th pregnancy. We have lost 3 little babies and I believe that my babies were needed in heaven for something far more important. We had gone to see a reproductive specialist and was starting blood work. I didn't get finished with my blood work because God felt it was time to bless us with a child. The specialist did an ultrasound at about 5.5 weeks and there was a gestational sac. I wasn't worried about only seeing that because I new it was right and I felt in my heart that this baby was growing correctly. I went back 2 weeks later and that is when my heart melted. We FINALLY heard our babies heart beat and it was the most uplifting sound I have ever heard. Randall and I both began to cry and I new that God's timing was right this time. I went back two weeks later and heard the heart beat again and could see how much my little peanut had grown. I am proud to say that after 2 1/2 years of trying to have a baby we are now officially 11 weeks pregnant. My next appointment is on Dec. 9 and I will have great news to post!

OOPS, it's been a while!!
Well, Randall has 21 days left until graduation! It has been a long but quick 2 years. It seems like not long ago that he got accepted to the Nursing program, but it seems like it's been forever. He has his pinning ceremony on Dec. 9 and he graduates on Dec. 10. We are going to have a graduation party that weekend!! We will really be having a good time.
We are having Thanksgiving at our house this year. I like having the people over here! I can make a pretty good turkey and the dressing turns out really good. Randall's parents come down here and celebrate Thanksgiving with my mom's side of the family. It makes it really easy that way and we don't have to rush around to everyones house!
On Dec. 3 we will celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary. It doesn't seem like it's been 4 years already. We aren't going on a trip this year like we have done past years because we are going to Disney in Feburary. I can't wait for that!
So, the next couple of weeks will be really busy with us! I'll keep it updated and post some pics maybe next time!

Sweet Lacey
Randall's mom's dog died during the night last night!!!
I went shopping at Wal-Mart back in November of 2003. I found this poor looking little Shih-tzu just wondering the parking lot. I didn't want her to get hit so I picked her up, took her home, gave her a bath, and started looking for a home for her. I called Randall's mom and asked her if she wanted to take her. She was hesitant at first, but then Lacey licked her and Libby said that she knew Lacey had found her mommy! So, this dog was pretty sick when we found her (heart problems, glaucoma, missing teeth, etc). We have no clue how old she was because she was in such bad shape. Libby pretty much commited her life to caring for this dog. She got her meds filled each month and even came home from our cruise early because she was not doing to good! So, for the past few weeks Lacey hasn't been doing to good and Libby knew it was eventually coming. So she works at a shelter every other weekend and this was her weekend. Lacey was having a hard time breathing yesterday and Libby thought she might have pneumonia. Well, when Randalls dad got up this morning she had died in her sleep. He called us at like 9:00 this morning and asked if it would be to much trouble to come there. We got dressed and drove to Cedartown and made it there before Libby got home from work. We made Lacey a little box and put her in it and buried her in the back yard. It just really sad when you lose a pet! I know I was really sad when we lost Toby! I hope Libby doesn't stay sad for too terribly long. We will miss little Lacey.

Randall and Christy-what our daily lives are like!!
So, we met in April 2003 and were just friends at first. Soon after we became a couple and got engaged November 2004. I had always wanted a Christmas wedding so we got married the following December, December 3rd to be exact. We live in McDonough with our one dog, Napoleon. He is pretty much our child right now, so he is spoiled to say the least. I am the high strung, over dramatic, stressed out one in the relationship. Randall really is calm, just shakes his head at me most times.
Randall-Randall graduated from UGA in 2005 with a degree in Microbiology. While working as a Manager at AT&T he decided he wanted to do something in the medical field. He started nursing school in August 2007 and will graduate in 42 days!!!!!! In his "spare" time he works at Walgreens as a Pharm Tech and at Piedmont as a Clinical Partner(student nurse position). He hopes to get a position in the ED or Critical Care. I pray everyday that these next few weeks will fly by!
Christy-I graduated from Clayton State University in 2004 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have worked at the office I'm currently at for a little over 4 years and I am in the pediatric part of the office. I honestly love my job. There are days and people that I work with that annoy me sometimes, but I LOVE my patients! I get to laugh all day long at the little stories the kids have to tell me!
Naploeon-Well, he pretty much brings us his toys and expects us to throw it all day long!
So, I'm new at this blog thing but didn't really have much else to do, so I started my own. I hope you all check back often and see how our daily lives are going!!!
